By Presence of Minister of Transport- CAMA Honors a Number of Its Cadres

Space Regulation, Airlines Security and Weather Observation Efficiency Enhancement.  

Such training courses aimed at developing the capacities of the participants of CAMA’s cadres on how to deal with the new technology in these fields by scientific, technical and professional methods to enhance the development of civil aviation sectors.

In the ceremony convened on 19th January 2019 and which was attended by Mr. Abdullah Al-Ansi, Deputy Minister of Transport for Air Transport Sector, advisors of the Ministry, Asst. Deputy Chairman of Airports’ Sector- Mr. Mohammed Al-sharif, Dr. Abdulhamid Abu Talib, Asst. Deputy Chairman of Aviation safety and Security, Mr. Khlaid Al-shayef- Director General Sana’a International Airport, Dr. Mazen Ghanem- Director General Air Transport, H.E. Minister of Transport- Brigade/ Zakaria Al-shami praised the interest of CAMA in training and qualifying its employees technically and professionally under the current conditions which our country is passing. 

He stressed on the keenness of supporting CAMA to enable it develop the fields of civil aviation and overcoming the difficulties that are hindering its work. He draws the attention to the importance of training the cadres by adopting new curriculums that are not less than the programs that are applied in the Arab and International Institutes since CAMA has good qualified technical and professional expertise.

From his side, Dr. Mohammed Abdulkader- Chairman of CAMA stressed on the importance of taking care of human resources because they are the capital of CAMA who should be scientifically, technically and professionally trained in developing civil aviation; applauding the high expertise and efficiencies of the national trainers. He also indicated that CAMA is seeking to establish a Regional Training Center in the field if civil aviation.   

In the meantime, Mr. Naji Al-Suhmi, Director General of CAMI clarified that the Institute have executed (50) training programs in the specialized, technical, financial and administrative fields related to civil aviation. He stressed that the Institute witnessed in the last year a typical leap in the field of training and qualifying drawing the attention that (743) trainees were trained and qualified.

During the ceremony, a reportage of training and qualifying in CAMI was presented and honoring certificates were distributed to the participants of the training courses.
